Michelle HuhMichelle Huh

BPharm, Grad Dip Clin Pharm
Michelle Huh is a specialist Oncology and Clinical Trials Pharmacist at Northern Cancer Institute with responsibility of offering the clinical services to all patients of the oncology day unit.  Michelle reviews all patients’ medications and also liaises with the cytotoxic manufacturing service to coordinate the supply of cytotoxic chemotherapy.

Prior to joining NCI, Michelle worked as a clinical pharmacist at Royal North Shore Hospital and as a Medication review pharmacist.  She holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy and a Post Graduate degree in Clinical Pharmacy from the University of Sydney. She is currently a Clinical Advisory Committee member of NSW Cancer Institute and Pharmacy Board Oral Examiner.

Yen Zhi ThamYen Zhi Tham

BPharm, Accredited Pharmacist
Yen Zhi Tham is a specialist Oncology Pharmacist at Northern Cancer Institute Frenchs Forest. Upon graduating with a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the University of Sydney, she served as a community pharmacist before joining the Northern Cancer Institute as an oncology pharmacist. Here, she coordinates the supply of oncology/haematology drugs and its supportive medications, and ensures that medicines are administered as prescribed.

Among the clinical pharmacy services provided at the Northern Cancer Institute, Yen Zhi is also trained in the aseptic reconstruction of monocional antibiodies on the premises. She is also an accredited pharmacist qualified to perform medication reviews.

Ersen WuErsen Wu

Ersen is an Oncology Pharmacist at Northern Cancer Institute St Leonards. He prepares cytotoxic and non-cytotoxic treatments as well as their supportive medications for the oncology day unit patients. Ersen also collaborates with Oncologists and Nurses to ensure optimal pharmaceutical care is given to patients. Ersen holds a Bachelor of pharmacy from the University of Sydney and before joining NCI, he worked in both community pharmacy and oncology manufacturing settings.

Jenny LeeJenny Lee

Pharmacy Assistant
Jenny Lee is currently working as a pharmacy assistant at NCI St Leonards. She is involved in dispensing and ordering medications for patients. She is in her second year studying Bachelor of Nursing at University of Technology, Sydney.
